Director's Dealings

Red24 plc ('Red24'), announces that it was informed on 7 August 2008 that on the same day, Sidebell Limited a company in which Simon Richards, Chairman of the Company, is a director and shareholder purchased 1,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of 3.125p.

Following this purchase, Simon Richards, is now interested in 12,124,250 ordinary shares, representing 27.95% of the Company's total issued share capital of which 11,179,250 shares are held by Sidebell Limited, 445,000 are held directly by Mr Richards, and 500,000 are held by Financial and General Securities Ltd, a company in which Mr Richards is a shareholder.
