redT energy plc (AIM:RED), the energy storage technology company, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the Company's financial year ended 31 December 2016, will be held at 11 a.m. on 13th July 2017 in the Meridian Room, Ground Floor, Clerkenwell Workshops, 31 Clerkenwell Close, London EC1R 0AT.
