Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation
The Company announces, in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1) that on 23 August 2023 the following directors of the Company (each a person discharging managerial responsibilities) and persons closely associated exercised share options issued under the Record plc Share Scheme as detailed below. The Company was notified of this exercise on 24 August 2023.
