REACT Group PLC (AIM: REAT), the specialist provider of rapid response deep cleaning and emergency decontamination services, announces Chris Vermaak, executive director, has tendered his resignation as a director with immediate effect. The Board thanks Chris for his contribution since his appointment and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Board is currently seeking an interim Head of Operations who will report to the Executive Chairman pending the identification and appointment of a permanent replacement.
