Director/PDMR Share Dealing
On 6 October 2016 Roger Bullen, CEO, was granted options over 2,105,263 Ordinary Shares ("Options") pursuant to the Company's EMI Scheme.
The Options, which vest immediately, have an exercise price of 9.5 pence per share and are exercisable in three equal tranches on 6 October 2017, 6 October 2018 and 6 October 2019. The Options will lapse on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
