Redline Communications reports additional investment made by Vecima
TORONTO, Nov. 10 /CNW/ - Redline Communications Group Inc. ("Redline"), a leading provider of WiMAX and broadband wirelessinfrastructure, received notification on 5 November 2008 that, as of thenotification date, Vecima Networks Inc. ("Vecima") has acquired anadditional 432,675 common shares of Redline, bringing its total to 2,175,275shares. On October 31, 2008, Vecima announced that it had acquired 1,742,600common shares of Redline through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange("TSX"). Vecima stated that the additional shares were acquired for investmentpurposes. Vecima has indicated that it now owns 14.19% of the 15,327,140common shares outstanding listed on the TSX. Based on the 21,048,635 commonshares outstanding including Class A common shares, Vecima owns 10.33% ofRedline common shares.
