Change of Name

Further to the announcement on 23 August 2011, the Company is pleased to confirm its change of name to Redefine International P.L.C.  

The Company's TIDM is RDI, the ISIN is IM00B4JZYL28, the SEDOL is B4JZYL2 and the website is www.redefineinternational.com. 

The Company is also pleased to announce that its Investment Adviser, Wichford Property Management Limited, has changed its name to Redefine International Property Management Limited. 

The Company's change of name follows the cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of the entire issued share capital of Redefine International plc ("RI plc") at 8.00 am today. On the 22 August, the Company had received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of approximately 94.74 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital of RI plc. A compulsory acquisition of all RI plc shares not otherwise acquired by the Company under the Offer, commenced on 23 August 2011, such that non-accepting minority RI plc shareholders will be compelled under Jersey law to sell their RI plc Shares to the Company on the same terms as the Offer. Following completion of this process, which is expected by 4 October 2011, RI plc will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
