Ridgecrest, an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, has been informed that the 36,100,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") previously held jointly by Mr Edward Peter John Spencer and Mrs Sarah Louise Spencer have been split as to 22,566,250 Ordinary Shares held by Mr Spencer and 13,533,750 Ordinary Shares held by Mrs Spencer.
Shares held by Mr Spencer represent 5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and the shares held by Mrs Spencer represent 3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr and Mrs Spencer have an aggregate interest in 8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
