SHARE BUYBACK MANAGEMENT

RIT Capital Partners plc (the "Company") announces that, from the end of its 2024 financial year reporting period on 31 December until it publishes its 2024 Annual Report & Accounts, it has issued an irrevocable instruction to Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis") to continue the Company's buybacks of its ordinary shares in the market. Deutsche Numis will operate these buybacks autonomously during this period.
