Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.12R, RIT Capital Partners plc (the "Company") announces that Maggie Fanari has stepped down as a non-executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

She will take up the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company's investment manager, J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, on 1 March 2024.
