Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), announces that on 3 January 2017 it received notification from Fraser Fisher, Chief Executive Officer, that Mr Fisher's wife purchased 16,250 Ordinary Shares on 3 January 2017 through her ISA.
Both before and after the purchase by Mrs Fisher, Mr Fisher held 90,557 Shares, representing a beneficial interest in the Company of 0.06% of the current issued share capital. Mr Fisher's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holding, is now 106,807 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the total voting rights of the Company.
In addition, Mr Fisher holds options over 874,933 Shares; 276,143 of which have vested, 581,968 of which are subject to performance conditions, and 16,822 of which are part of the Redcentric SAYE Option Plan 2014.
