Redcentric plc ("Redcentric" or "the Company") (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, today announces that David Payne, Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board of Directors effective 31 March 2018. Steve Vaughan, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will take over as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee upon David's retirement.
