Purchase of shares

Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today received notification that on 9 April 2014 Mrs Ann Lee (wife of Ian Lee, a non-executive director of the Company) purchased 40 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into her ISA at a price of 692.19 pence per Share.

Following the above transaction, the total beneficial holding of Shares of Ian Lee is 13,304 Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 3.1.4R.
