Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 2 October 2017 it received notification that on 2 October 2017 Markus Doerr, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold 13,447 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £8.17 per Share.
Following the above transaction, Markus Doerr no longer has any beneficial holding of Shares of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The following notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of EU Regulation No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation).
