Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 31 October 2014, that on 30 October 2014 Terry Morgan, Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 646.50 pence per Share.

Following the above transaction, the total beneficial holding of Shares of Terry Morgan is 10,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 3.1.4R.
