Ricardo Plc (Ricardo) hereby provides notice that Tim Farazmand (Non-Executive Director) who joined the Ricardo Plc Board on 15th November 2024, will be joining Pantheon International Plc with effect from 3 January 2025 as a Non-Executive Director.

Mark Clare, Chairman for Ricardo supported the decision for Tim Farazmand to extend his Non Executive engagements.
