Ricardo plc announces the appointment of Sian Lloyd Rees (Sian) as Non-Executive Director

Ricardo plc (Ricardo) is pleased to announce, the appointment of Sian Lloyd Rees as a Non-Executive Director from 1st October 2024. Sian, who holds a bachelor's degree in Marine Biology has recently stepped down as Managing Director at Aker Offshore Wind Ltd, UK where she was responsible for developing the renewable energy portfolios in offshore wind and hydrogen.

Mark Clare, Ricardo's Chairman, said: "The Board is delighted that Sian has agreed to join Ricardo as a Non-Executive Director. Sian brings extensive international and energy sector experience which will be invaluable to Ricardo. On behalf of the Board, I would like to welcome Sian to Ricardo."
