Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each of the Company in issue as at 28 April 2018 was 50,029,159, with each share carrying the right to one vote. 

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

Therefore, with effect from 28 April 2018, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 50,029,159.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
