Independent Auditor's Report - Correction
Further to the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts 2018 (the "Accounts") for Revolution Bars Group plc (the "Company") on 22 October 2018, the Company advises that it has been made aware by the independent auditor that there were a number of errors and deficiencies in the text of the Independent Auditor's Report set out on pages 63 to 69 of the Accounts distributed to shareholders and approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 26 November 2018. These errors and deficiencies relate primarily to the omission of the audit opinion on and necessary references to the accounts of the Company and the auditable part of the Remuneration Report, and enhanced disclosure with respect to the work undertaken by the independent auditor.
These errors have today been corrected in the version of the Accounts available to download on the Company's website and this version of the Accounts is to be filed at Companies House before 31 December 2018.
There is no impact on the profit, balance sheet, earnings per share or other financial information disclosed in the Accounts with respect to either the Group or the Company.
The opinion of the independent auditor on both the Group and Company accounts was, and remains, unqualified.
