("Revolution" or the "Company")
Grant of awards under the Revolution Bars Group Plc Performance Share Plan (the "Plan) and under Revolution Bars Group Plc Share Scheme (the "Scheme")
The Company announces that on 12 April 2018, it granted options under the Plan with an exercise price of £0.001 per share over, in aggregate, 370,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "PSP Options") to Simon Dobson, Andrew Dyson and Clinton Ghent (the "Option Holders").
The Company also granted options to the Simon Dobson over 20,689 Ordinary Shares under the terms of the Scheme (the "CSOP Options"). The CSOP Options were granted with an exercise price of £1.45 per share.
The PSP Options and CSOP Options shall vest and become exercisable on the date the Remuneration Committee determines that the performance targets set out in the deed of grant (the "Performance Conditions") have been met, and no later than 30 September 2020 (the "Vesting Date").
Subject to the Performance Conditions being met, the PSP Options will be exercisable by the Option Holders within three years from the Vesting Date; and the CSOP Options will be exercisable by the Simon Dobson within seven years from the Vesting Date.
