Rensburg Sheppards plc16 October 2007 16 October 2007 Rensburg Sheppards plc ('Rensburg Sheppards' or 'the Company') Board Changes The Board of Rensburg Sheppards ('the Board') is pleased to announce theappointments of David Bulteel and Jonathan Seal as Executive Directors of theCompany with effect from 16 October 2007. David Bulteel is a Divisional Investment Director of Rensburg SheppardsInvestment Management Limited ('RSIM') based in the London office. Aftergraduating with a business degree, David started his career in private clientportfolio management at Quilter Hilton Goodison in 1981. He joined Capel CureMyers in 1983 and took responsibility for the international team in 1988,subsequently overseeing a major expansion in the firm's overseas business. In 2001 David moved to Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite and following the merger withRensburg in 2005, he joined the Executive Committee of RSIM. David is thedirector responsible day to day for the London office. Jonathan Seal is a Divisional Investment Director of RSIM based in the Liverpooloffice. Jon joined Rensburg in 1988, having previously served in the Royal Navyand the Sultan of Oman's Navy. Jon has been a member of the RSIM Executive Committee since 2005 and is thedirector responsible on a day to day basis for the Liverpool office. Rensburg Sheppards confirms that there is no other information to be disclosedunder the requirements of listing rule 9.6.13 in relation to these appointments. In addition to these appointments, the Board is pleased to announce that IanMaxwell Scott, Executive Director of Rensburg Sheppards, has agreed to continuein this role. Originally, it was envisaged that Ian would step down from theBoard on 13 December 2007 upon his reaching 62 years of age. In addition, Ianwill, as always envisaged, continue as a member of the RSIM Executive Committeeand Chairman of the London office. Steve Elliott, Chief Executive of Rensburg Sheppards said, "I am delighted towelcome David and Jon to the Board. The Board also announces today that it has accepted the resignation of Nick LaneFox, Head of Sales, from the Board with effect from 16 October 2007. Nick hasresigned to pursue other business and personal interests. Nick has been with the business since September 1997 and has made a valuablecontribution throughout this time, including towards the successful integrationof Rensburg and Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite.
