Director/PDMR Shareholding 

The Company has been notified that, on 9 November 2009, Mr Aubrey J. Adams, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company, at a price of 19p per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Adams now holds 750,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.6% per cent of Adventis' issued share capital.
