Director/PDMR dealings
Reabold Resources plc have been informed that on 2 August 2016, Jeremy Edelman, Executive Chairman, purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 0.4 pence per Share.
Accordingly Mr Edelman now holds 149,000,000 Shares, representing a holding of 46% of the Company's issued share capital.
