Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that, on 8 December 2008, Mr Aubrey J. Adams, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company, at a price of 14.5p per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Adams now holds 300,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.7% per cent of Adventis' issued share capital.
