Adventis Group PLC13 August 2007 13 August 2007 Adventis Group plc ("Adventis" or "the Company") Additional Listing Adventis, the full service multimedia marketing and advertising agency,announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of 700,000ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"), pursuantto the exercise of warrants. These warrants were granted at the time of theCompany's IPO in July 2004 at an exercise price of 28.5p per share and were dueto expire at the end of June 2009. The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu withthe Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected tocommence on 17 August 2007. Following admission of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 41,372,185ordinary shares in issue.
