Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 30 October 2018, Rob de Groot, President Hygiene Home, a PDMR, was granted 166 share options at an option price of £54.31 per share under the Reckitt Benckiser Group 2015 Global Stock Profit Plan. The options are granted in conjunction with entering into a three-year savings contract and will become exercisable on 1 February 2022.
