The Company has been notified of the following transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 30 May 2017 Deborah Yates, Senior Vice President Global HR, a PDMR, sold 7,526 Shares at £78.57 per share. Mrs Yates's resulting shareholding is 984 Shares, representing 0.0001% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
