The Company was notified today, 30 April 2014, David Moore, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 17,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 64.95p. Following this transaction David Moore has a beneficial interest in 240,198 Ordinary Shares representing 0.0319% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
