PDMR shareholding
r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment marketing company, has been informed that Simon Shimell, Finance Director of Dewynters and a PDMR, has on 28 June 2017 sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.55p per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, Mr Shimell holds 460,000 Ordinary Shares.
