Directorate Change

First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN), the media and sport group, is pleased to announce that, as part of the ongoing review of the Company's strategic options, the Board has appointed Shirley Stapleton as Interim Group Finance Director. Shirley has had an extensive career in finance, including strategic planning, business development and procurement. She spent 10 years in the airline industry with senior roles in both British Airways and Air New Zealand and now works as a consultant.

The Company also announces that William Fitzpatrick, the Group Finance Director, has informed the Board that he will not be offering himself for re-appointment as a director at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 18 June 2010, and accordingly will retire from the Board at the conclusion of that meeting. The Board thanks William for his work over the last nine months. William will remain as Finance Director at Dewynters Limited.

In light of the above and to accommodate these recent changes, the Company will delay announcement of its preliminary results for the period ended 30 November 2009 to 20 May 2010.
