Directorate Change

First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN), the media, events and entertainment group, announces that Richard Hughes, Group Managing Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests.  The Board is currently reviewing its structure and is actively recruiting a new Group Finance Director, and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Commenting on the changes, Jarvis Astaire, Chairman of First Artist, said: "We extend our thanks to Richard for his contribution during his time in office."
