Director/PDMR Shareholding
Quartix Holdings plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, software and services in the UK, announces that it was notified on 31st July 2017, that on that same day, Paul Boughton (Chairman), Jim Warwick (Non- Executive Director) and Ed Ralph (Chief Operating Officer), all PDMRs of the Company, bought 13,889, 20,833 and 27,778 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") respectively at a price of 360 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same day David Bridge, Group Finance Director and PDMR of the Company, sold 62,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 360 pence per Ordinary Share.
The resultant holdings of Paul Boughton, Jim Warwick, Ed Ralph and David Bridge are as follows:
