Update: Joint services alliance with Jubilant Biosys
Physiomics (AIM: PYC), the Oxford, UK based systems biology company, is pleased to announce that it is continuing to progress its Joint Services Alliance with Jubilant Biosys Limited ("Jublilant").
Further to the announcement of 22 September 2010, Physiomics can confirm that the experimental phase of the collaboration has been completed. The Company and Jubilant have now agreed to commence commercial discussions and sign a legally binding Alliance Agreement.
A further announcement will be made if an agreement is executed.
Physiomics can also confirm that the Company's interim statement will be released in the next few days.
