AGM Results
The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 4, 6, 8 to 11 and 13 were passed on a show of hands. Resolutions 5 and 7 were withdrawn with the consent of the meeting as they related to the election of Directors who have resigned from the Board since the Notice of Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders and resolution 12 was not passed on a poll.
The number of proxy votes cast on the resolutions and, in the case of resolution 12, the poll results will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.pinewoodgroup.com/investor-relations
