Pinewood Shepperton plc14 May 2007 Pinewood Shepperton plc Directors' Dealings Pinewood Shepperton plc ("the Company") announces that Patrick Garner, Finance Director of Pinewood Shepperton plc, has acquired 5,000 ordinary shares at 263p per share and 31,750 shares at 274p per share, in the capital of the Company, on Friday 11 May 2007. These purchases were made by members of Patrick Garner's immediate family, being Suzanne Garner (wife), Rebecca Garner (daughter) and Charlotte Garner (daughter), considered to be connected persons for the purposes of this transaction. Patrick Garner's effective total holding now stands at 162,990 ordinary shares, representing 0.3557% of the issued share capital of the Company. Nicholas Smith, Sales and Marketing Director of Pinewood Shepperton plc, hasacquired 2,192 ordinary shares at a price of 265.75p per share, on Friday 11 May 2007, and 924 ordinary shares at 268.5p per share, on Monday 14 May 2007, in the capital of the Company. Nicholas Smith's total holding now stands at 8,064 ordinary shares, representing 0.0176% of the issued share capital of theCompany. Following the grant of awards in respect of the Pinewood Shepperton plc 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") on 30 March 2007, Executive Directors were provided with the opportunity to receive further awards if they purchased shares in the Company within 30 business days.
