Director/PDMR Shareholding
Power Probe (AIM: PWR), a leading producer of automotive electrical diagnostic tools for professional service technicians, announces that Michael Sherwin, Independent Non-Executive Chairman, on 2 July 2026 purchased 15,048 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 66.45 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Michael Sherwin's beneficial holding is now 77,828 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.11% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
