Director Shareholding
On 10 September 2010, the Company's Remuneration Committee (which is comprised wholly of non-executive directors) awarded options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to the Executive Chairman, Iain Ross, at an exercise price of 11.55 pence per ordinary share, being twice the closing middle market price on the date of grant. The options will not be exercisable until at least two years from the date of issue. No consideration was paid for the grant of options.
Following this award, Mr Ross will hold options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares.
