Directors' Share Dealing

Ark Therapeutics Group plc (LSE: AKT) ("the "Company") has received notification that on 14 March 2012:

1. Dr David Bloxham, Non-Executive Director, purchased 273,972 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 3.65p per share.

2. Iain Ross, Executive Chairman, through his Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"), purchased 822,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 3.65p per share.

3. Charles Spicer, Non-Executive Director, through his SIPP, purchased 551,395 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 3.60p per share.

4. Martyn Williams, Chief Executive Officer, through his SIPP, purchased 274,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 3.63p per share.
