Result of Special General Meeting
PureCircle (www.purecircle.com), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces the results of the Company's Special General Meeting held today, 19 October 2015.
At the Company's Special General Meeting all of the resolutions were passed on a show of hands.

The total number of shares in issue at the record date and time for voting was 172,102,004. Proxy appointments were received from shareholders holding 64,718,676 shares representing 38 per cent of the issued share capital. A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes for and against the resolution.
