Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") Options - Options Issued to Directors
PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's largest producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients provides an update of new options issued under the Company's LTIP.
On 3 October 2012, the Company made a regular annual award of options under the terms of the Company's LTIP scheme (the "October 2012 awards") to certain employees including the Executive Directors.
In the October 2012 awards, up to 3.26 million options may vest on 30 June 2015 at Nil exercise price, subject to performance conditions.
Following the October 2012 award the interests of the Executive Directors in the Company comprise:-
