Dealings in Shares

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients was notified today of the following purchases of shares from the open market by certain Directors:-

Mr. Tan Boon Seng shares were acquired indirectly through Wang Tak Company Limited ("Wang Tak"), a wholly owned company of Lee Hing Development Limited where he is a substantial shareholder.

Following the above purchases, the interests held by these Directors in the Company comprised:-

Mr. Peter Lai Hock Meng: 168,600 ordinary shares and 11,700 share options

Mr. Tan Boon Seng: 20,094,150 ordinary shares, all held indirectly through Wang Tak
