PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading supplier and marketer of high purity stevia products has today been notified by its significant shareholder, Halfmoon Bay Capital Limited (formerly Half Moon Bay Enterprises Ltd.), that following the purchase of 500,000 shares at GBP0.91 each, they currently hold 12,568,734 shares in PureCircle. As a result, the interest of Halfmoon Bay Capital Limited has increased to 8.1%.
