Parity Group plc ("Parity" or the "Group")

Grant of options

Parity Group plc (AIM:PTY), the UK information and marketing technology group, announces that on 27 November 2014 Andy Law, Executive Chairman of Supercommunications, was awarded options ("Options") exercisable over Parity ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares"), with an exercise price of 16.75p.

Mr Law has been awarded 2,000,000 Options.

In order for the Options to vest, Parity must achieve a share price of at least 20.94p for a period of at least five consecutive days at any time between the date of grant and the day immediately preceding the commencement of the option period, being 28 November 2017 - 27 November 2024.

Andy Law is interested in 2.0m Options over Ordinary Shares in aggregate.
