Notification of Transaction by Director

Parity Group plc (LSE AIM:PTY.L), the UK IT services group, announces that the Group was notified on 13 December 2013 that Neal Ransome, Non-Executive Director, acquired 33,000 ordinary shares in the Group of 2 pence each (" Ordinary Shares") on 12 December 2013, at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction the number of Ordinary Shares held by Neal Ransome is 33,000 representing 0.03 per cent of the issued share capital of the Group.
