Parity Group PLC17 October 2007 17 October 2007 Parity Group PLC Board Change The Board of Parity Group PLC today announces that Philip Swinstead has steppeddown as a Non-Executive Director of the Group. Having founded the Company in1994, and led it until 2001, he rejoined as Chairman in late 2004 to commencethe recovery of the business. He became Deputy Chairman in May 2005 and steppeddown from that position in July 2007 on the appointment of Lord Freeman asChairman. Philip will now focus on his other business interests in a number ofprivate and public companies in the UK and Europe. He has recently joined theBoard of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, currently asignificant shareholder in Parity.
