Director Changes
To align the Group further to the revised strategy focusing on its IT Services Business under Parity Professionals and Parity Consultancy Services, the Board of Parity announces the following changes:
As from the today's date:
1. Mike Aspinall will step down from his position as Group Finance Director and from the Board. Mr Aspinall will remain with the Group until the end of April 2016 to assist in an orderly transition of the role. The Board would like to thank Mr Aspinall for his work; and
2. Roger Antony, the Group Financial Controller for Parity, will step up to the role of Group Finance Director. Mr Antony has been with Parity for over 18 years, holding the position of Group Financial Controller since 2006, and prior to that the role of Financial Controller for the International Resources Division. Mr Antony joined the Group after qualifying as an accountant in 1997, and previously held managerial roles within a variety of listed entity finance departments. He has a thorough understanding, and experience, of the IT Services sector.
