The ordinary shares will be allotted and issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Parity Group plc share plans. On exercise the ordinary shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

At 22.08.16 the total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 101,824,020. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The 101,824,020 ordinary shares in the Company carrying voting rights may be used by shareholder as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
