Directorate Changes

Pittards, the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Louise Cretton as non-executive director with immediate effect.

Ms Cretton, aged 58, who has wide marketing experience, previously served on the executive board of the Company between April 2001 and December 2013.

The following details in relation to the appointment of Ms Cretton are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:

Ms Cretton has an interest in 12,000 shares in Pittards representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

There are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
