Grant of Share Options
The Company announces that on 18 March 2014 the Board of the Company granted options over a total of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Options") to Gene Golembiewski, the Company's Finance Director.
The exercise price of the Options is 20 pence per share and, subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions, 50 per cent of the Options will vest on the first anniversary of the date of grant and the remaining 50 per cent will vest on the second anniversary of the date of grant.
Following Gene's participation in the Company's placing announced on 21 February 2014, Gene continues to be interested in 769,230 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
