Further to the FTSE notice released on 15 December 2025 in relation to The PRS REIT (UK): Constituent Deletion, please note the FTSE 250 Index replacement and associated changes.

Further to the FTSE Russell notice published on 09 December 2025 and following the disposal of the entire property portfolio held by The PRS REIT (UK, constituent), and subsequent reclassification to an ineligible ICB, please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

The PRS REIT (UK, BF01NH5) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

Applied Nutrition (UK, BPVDXX6) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from the open of Monday 22 December 2025.
